Why us
Why our in-house solar team matters
A lot of solar companies quote the job, then hand it to whichever subcontractor is free that week. We don’t outsource installs — the team who scopes your job is the same team who installs it, and stands behind it. Curious about the process? We walk through it inSolar 101.
| Our in-house team | Outsourced | |
|---|---|---|
| Expertise | Trained by us, to our standard | Varies by contractor |
| Quality control | Consistent, every job | Inconsistent |
| Communication | You talk to the people doing the work | Lost between company and contractor |
| Accountability | One team, one point of contact | Split across multiple parties |
Our story
Started as installers, still run like one
Quadbiz Solar Solutions started in Madurai in 2026. We’re a young company, but not new to solar — our team brings 5+ years in the industry, including work on international projects. We began Quadbiz because too many homeowners were being passed between salespeople and subcontractors, and nobody was accountable for the result. So we built the opposite: one team that quotes, installs and supports every job.
We handle the whole thing under one roof — paperwork, the PM Surya Ghar subsidy, TANGEDCO net metering, civil work and installation. No middlemen, no runaround.
